"Finding the right trailer was going to be a challenge....or so we thought. Once we connected
with Outdoor Travel, everything fell into place. The website was easy to navigate, being
able to enter our vehicle information made narrowing down our choices that much easier. It
then only showed the trailer sizes that matched our towing capacity. We found a few that
peaked our interest, we made an appointment and off we went to meet our sales rep, Pam.
She was very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. She wanted to be sure we found
the PERFECT trailer for us and took the time to answer our questions and go back & forth

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that we had a great year with the Forester 3051S that we bought from you in April. We just finished winterizing it and putting it away until the spring but I just wanted you to know that we had some great camping trips this year. We were out about a dozen times in all, ranging from weekend stays to a two week adventure. The unit performed great and we were very happy. We're so pleased with our selection - it has all of the things we need and there isn't anything that we can think of that we regretted not having. We used all of the features this year, even the Arctic Package on our last camping trip late in October. It is a lot of fun to drive (I am surprised at how easily we both adapted to driving it) and very easy to set up and enjoy. We even enjoyed sitting in it while it was parked in our driveway. April/May is going to be a long way off and we can't wait to get back in it and have more adventures.
Thanks very much to you and and to Scott in Service. You both really made our experience enjoyable. It is quite a bit of an item to buy over the internet but you made it all seamless. Scott and his group helped us get servicing done to clean up every problem we had. It now seems as if everything is working just fine.
We are so glad that we met you at the Toronto show last January and that we got the time to look over the unit. I can and will certainly recommend Outdoor Travel to anyone looking for quality products, great value and good service.

The entire staff are very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to always answer any questions. They had a wide selection of brands and multiple models of various brands. They allowed us to browse privately and when information was needed they were right there. I would definetly recommend Outdoor Travel, infact I brought a friend with me the day we took delivery of our unit. Should I ever need RV services or am looking for a new one I will return. But I have to say my best experience was the way they made me feel...like family!
I met Ken Whiting one night right at closing he offered to re-open for us. That alone made us return in a few weeks even though we live over 2 hours away.

This was our family's first motor home purchase - we didn't know how to choose a dealer or what to expect once we chose one. Everyone at Outdoor Travel set reasonable expectations that there were going to be bumps along the way. Other dealerships may have given the impression otherwise. After my wife and I really thought about it, we were purchasing an item that has the majority of the comforts of our existing home AND goes rolling down the highway.
